I completely restarted the Glass set since the first privew I posted. I fined tuned my glass effect abit.
I'm looking for feedback, on the style of the icons, and what color's should stay or go... or be added. This still at the early stage of this icon pack. When I'm finished, each color house, and each color trash will have a gnome preforming different things. Also in the home icon there will be different shroom's.
Icons Included: Home, Folder, trash and full-trash
colors: Blaster-Blue-Glass, Blood-Red-Glass, Lime-Green-Glass, Popsicle-Purple-Glass, Shady-Black-Glass, Smokey-White-Glass and Tangerine-Orange-Glass
When finished This set will be a complete Gnome 2 svg icon pack.
I hope someone will enjoy what I've had so much fun creating.
I don't know how you've done that, but I'm bloody impressed. I can NEVER make shapes well with the effect of a transculent material in front of it. Darn you.
Very lovely indeed. I'm using the grey trash full/empty icons with ROX, so what I'd really like is a version of those without the gnome logo. Looking forward to seeing the full set.
I think they might be better with less saturation on the colour to make them a bit more subtler, personally I would prefer them without colour, but if you use exactly the same colour for them all, it wouldn't be hard to make a script to do a find and replace for all of them.
It might also be interesting to see a version with the lines a light glowing neon colour on dark background instead of black on white for people with darker themes.
Also I would recommend looking at the Tango project and using the same naming scheme if possible (I think Gnome will be changing to this later)
I would recommend keeping them free of extra clutter like the grass around the house.
